This sauna and cold plunge experience is one of the best I have ever had! I highly recommend coming here after hiking, diving or when you feel like your body needs some healing. You will leave totally refreshed, relaxed and happy. Along with the heated sauna and ice baths, you can also enjoy delicious lemongrass and butterfly pea (clitoria!) tea grown on the property!

We visited Reguvenate Sauna three times during our 10-day stay in Rarotonga and absolutely loved it. Such an awesome spot — quiet, private, and super relaxing. We tried both barrel saunas, one with a mountain view and one enclosed, and both were great.
